

Working principle of Heat Pipe Solar Collector:
Vacuum tubes transfers sunlight into heat energy, and then into the heat transferring fluid by fins outside the heat pipes made of cooper. Finally the energy will be released at the end of the heat pipe inside the header, heat transferring fluid inside which will get the energy to heat water in the tank.
Features of Heat Pipe Solar Collector:
1. Pressurized operation and no water flow in the evacuated tube, so water scale and tube exposition are avoided.
2. It can be integrated with the architecture perfectly and be connected with the existing pipes.
3. Interferential film coated evacuated tube with absorptance among 94% to 96%, and vacuum degree of 5×10-4 pa; its service life will be not less than 15 years.
4. Heat pipe collectors have passed the the Solar Keymark certificate and CE certificate, met EN12975 standard.
